Glenda Haley
Glenda Haley has worked in information technology and marketing for more than 12 years, both independently as well as a contributor to larger companies such as Alta Vista, Cisco Systems, and NetApp.
She has extensive experience as a Web designer and developer utilizing state-of-the-art technology, including Javascript, PhP, XML, XSLT, XHTML, Perl, SQL. Expert W3C-compliant hand-coder.
Glenda has worked on website architecture design, web server setup, web design & development, and marketing. she has experience in assisting startup companies with basic IT services (e.g. email server, intranet, bug tracker, etc.).
While consulting for Cisco Systems over a period of 7+ years, she developed and maintained tools for monitoring production and metrics for various Web marketing campaigns, with heavy use of XSLT, XHTML, JavaScript, DHTML, CSS. Publishing technologies/tools included Apache, Samba, CVS, Documentum, and various in-house publishing tools. Additionally, she participated in project development activities within software lifecycle model.
Prior to working in information technology, Glenda was in Health Care administration and management and behavioral health services.
Glenda has completed advanced education in psychology (M.S.) and software engineering. In her free time, she enjoys designing and making jewelry and other fashion accessories.
